Our Life Guidance Packages are bundled to give you the most value by offering various discounts for longer term commitment.  If at any time you wish to terminate the services offered, we will refund the remaining dollars, based on the following formula, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.  If notice is given less than 24 hours before the next session is scheduled to begin, you will be charged for the next session based on the application of the formula below:

Total Amount Paid less Hours Used at Regular Rate (discount rate no longer applies), less $25 Administration Fee = Amount of Refund.

For Example:

Our Life Guidance as Needed Sessions are paid at the regular rate when scheduled.  To reschedule or cancel, we require at least 24 hours notice.  If cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of a session, the full amount is forfeited.  An administration fee of $25 will be charged for all cancellations that are not rescheduled.

Workshops – Attendance at any workshop must be cancelled at least 2 weeks before the scheduled start date to receive a full refund, less a $25 administration fee.  If cancelled less than two weeks in advance, and depending on whether the event is at a facility or online, additional charges may be assessed for printing materials, facility charges and other event costs.  There are no refunds for cancellations with less than 48 hour notice.
