Help Others by Donating

Due to COVID 19 we have suspended all in person workshops.  Our workshops are designed to be experiential, interactive, and shared experiences.  By listening to others we realize we are not alone.   Others are experiencing similar thoughts and feelings.  Like a comic without an audience, there is no feedback.  The response from the audience or participants in our case, guides us on how to conduct the workshop.

We are currently looking at how we can modify our workshops for an online experience. We will have something available within the next 30 to 60 days.

We will continue to do our free workshops online through Meetup and ZOOM.

Life Guidance Sessions will continue to be online or on the phone until COVID 19 is no longer an issue.

Our Workshops

Letting Go & Moving On Workshop

By letting go of the past and forgiving yourself, family, friends, enemies and other issues you free yourself to live a better life.  By accepting and loving yourself, you approach everything in life from personal to business with a positive attitude. When we let fear and doubt from our past control us, we carry that forward in everything we do. We have developed a process that will help you let go, so you can be free to be you. This workshop will give you the tools to help you on your journey through life.

When I forgive myself, then my heart can be open to receive love and give love.

Then my heart can dance to the music of my soul because I am free to be me.

To Forgive is to heal the soul, to let go of pain and suffering, to let go of fear, to grow in love and understanding, and to be who you are; a loving and caring soul

We start the workshop with the premise that everything starts and end with you.  There is no magic solution.  Each of us has to take responsibility for ourselves and each of us must confront ourselves.  This doesn’t have to painful.  The workshop is divided into three major categories;  1) The Beginning of Awareness, 2) The Work, and 3) The Belief in Self and Healing Ceremony.

  1. The Beginning of Awareness – We start with visualization to become relaxed.  We review and discuss the 18 Principles of Healing and then start the process of healing by going through Who I Am and the Act of Forgiveness.
  2. The Work – We use Healing Process Mantra’s or saying to change the negative way of thinking into a more positive way of thinking.  These sayings or mantras can be used every day. From there we start the difficult work of listing the issues that we need to work on and how we are going to address them.
  3. The Belief in Self and Healing Ceremony – We take a Journey through War with White Wolf Medicine Man.  White Wolf takes us through a process of healing by showing us we no longer have to live in pain and reminds us what is like when we were happy.  After that we remind ourselves that we are worthy, loved, wanted cared for and magnificent.

The Dawn of Realizing Yourself

Through a study of the 18 Principles, you will learn a broad set of life skills to help you deal with adversity, problem-solving, friendship, suicide prevention, and other troublesome life-related issues. This session delves into the 18 Principles and how to internalize the concepts and provide a framework with which you can more effectively address your personal and inter-personal relationships.

We use a visualization technique to get you to relax to rid yourself of the constant mind chatter.  While in this state we read each of the 18 Principles and ask which ones resonates with you the most.  Then we discuss those particular principles with the group.  A copy of the 18 Principles is provided to each participate to help them on their journey.

Realizing Yourself Deep Dive

We take a deep dive into the 18 Principles and explore the many ways we can apply them to our lives.  We use a variety of methodologies to awaken your inner resolve  through experiential, visualization and group dynamics. The process gives us insight on how we look at ourselves and interact with others through our journey of life.

We set the stage by giving a short play with Dr. Sigmund or Martha Freud, Archangel Ariel and Philosopher Yu followed with a discussion. We use a visualization technique to get you to relax to rid yourself of the constant mind chatter.  While in this state we read each of the 18 Principles and ask which ones resonates with you the most

We break the 18 Principles down to 4 segments (Principles 1-5; 6-10;11-15; 16-18).  Each segment starts with a discussion of each of the Principles for that segment. Then we form breakout groups to discuss how we can apply them to our lives.  Each group is tasked with coming up with one story on how to apply the Principles for that segment.  All the breakout groups come together to share their stories.  Through the process of sharing and working with others, we expand our understanding on the beauty, diversity, and challenges on our journey through life.

The Seven Steps to Success

In life, as in business, we each bring baggage to the journey that can weigh us down and keep us from melding with the rest of the team. By studying how this baggage affects the individual and the team, we work toward a more effective team environment that is satisfying to the entire team.

In addition to dealing with the baggage that weighs down the team, we also investigate techniques to improve the efficiency of teams in the business environment. With simple techniques like “View Things From All Directions”, “Don’t Get Overwhelmed By A Problem”, and “Learn By Making Mistakes” a team can take advantage of the strengths of the individual team members and extract maximum value from their operations.

Awakening Through Forgiveness

Through the framework of the 18 Principles, you will learn techniques for healing yourself. The simple act of Forgiveness will lead to the removal of the bounds that we have imposed on ourselves.

All of life is personal and each of us must face ourselves. The Awakening Through Forgiveness process looks at five major aspects of our lives: possibilities, limitations, awareness, letting go, and awakening possibilities and by forgiving ourselves and our surroundings you can remove the bindings that keep us in place. In addition to using Forgiveness as a tool to a better understanding of ourselves, we explore the 5 categories of Forgiveness that allows you to take advantage of the act of Forgiveness more effectively.

Awakening Through Forgiveness – Nature Walk

We will take an easy 2.3 mile walk through Roxborough State Park and reflect on the 5 major aspects of our lives at 5 different scenic points along the trail.  We will eat lunch on a mountain top and will conduct a group meditation connecting all of us to nature. Through this walk, you will learn techniques for healing yourself. The simple act of Forgiveness will lead to the removal of the bounds that we have imposed on ourselves.

Expression Through Art

This unique program brings together the 18 Principles for personal healing and the concepts of art therapy to create a positive and understanding environment that can result in significant self-awareness improvements.

The group begins by understanding the 18 Principles and then taking one or more of those Principles and addressing their own view of the Principles through artistic endeavors. The process of envisioning the Principle and how it relates to their life creates an environment that multiplies the effect of the understanding significantly.

We also have an adjunct to this program whereby the created art works are sold to the community to provide a unique and interesting fund-raising opportunity.
