Through the framework of the 18 Principles, you will learn techniques for healing yourself. The simple act of Forgiveness will lead to the removal of the bounds that we have imposed on ourselves.
All of life is personal and each of us must face ourselves. The Awakening Through Forgiveness process looks at five major aspects of our lives: possibilities, limitations, awareness, letting go, and awakening possibilities and by forgiving ourselves and our surroundings you can remove the bindings that keep us in place. In addition to using Forgiveness as a tool to a better understanding of ourselves, we explore the 5 categories of Forgiveness that allows you to take advantage of the act of Forgiveness more effectively.
